Been using ASOS since 2017. Been my favourite place to shop. However recently ASOS branded stuff has significantly dropped in quality. It used to to be really affordable good quality stuff. I still have ASOS branded stuff from 2017. But the stuff lately would be lucky to see 6 months

Wrong order twice!
I have ordered new balance leopard print off white twice now and I have been sent the wrong ones .. twice! I keep getting the cream leopard print ones. Either the phot on your website is wrong or the person sending them is at fault!

Since yesterday it doesn't give me the option to return, I can't return anything, I hope they solve it, since it is an important option, since you don't know if it will stop you well or not.

Generally happy with ASOS - wish the sizing features were more accurate and there's a lack of reviews on a lot of items which makes it difficult to decide on items but for the most part it's still one of my favourite clothing apps.
