Credit card great personal loans no service
I recently applied for a personal loan through avant and apparently after 7 days the application expired. It says you should receive a reply within 24hrs however my application expired 3 times. I called several times and was continuously told to reapply and they would expedite it. After 3 attempts I gave up and never was my application accepted or denied nor did I hear anything from customer service other than reapply and we'll expedite it. Very disappointed.

My Locked account for months
Why is my account always locked I had a laryngetomy and can't call back to anyone please update my account thank you I can't change my account to unlocked it I see that I have sent you my new phone number and address and I have a new payment account and you won't let me change it unlock please help me please I had a laryngetomy and don't call me suspicious again this card has been locked again in and since October It's me Vinent Harris and I can no longer speak

Tried to pay earlier, couldn't because your app had issues. Now I'm able to pay but have a late fee because of you, not me.

In charging interest:
I paid off the full amount balance before the due date in the month of April plus the interest charges purchases expected that I am fully paid , the amount of $3,000.00 plus $108.00 interest charges purchases, that are showing on my account dashboard, I am supposed to be cleared, but after paying off everything AVANT you keep adding adding charges of interest on my account even though there's no transaction history after I paid off, Since that's how you do your business you shouldn't limit your customer on how to use their available credit, to where they needed them, since you are charging triple interest.

It states that all notifications are blocked with this app and it also does not have a notifications permission to enable. Thus, on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, this app is worthless.

worst card ever card got declined once balance hit $10 Dollars got declined couldn't even get something for $8 dollars.. Shame
