Purchased tickets, downloaded app, and entered the hell of validation. The code was sent (evidently) and I received nothing. Tried a voice call verification, nothing. Finally, after multiple attempts, I was locked out for 27 minutes. I thought I'd use the opportunity to write this review! Seriously, the next time a vendor insists on using AXS, I'll sit in a dark room with the artist's music on and not bother. The thing is, my intuition is telling me that more frustration awaits.

Horrendous App interface
Nearly impossible to easily select seats and view pricing. Refreshes without warning.

Bad login
I shouldn't need to log into the app every time I open it. Pretty annoying when I walk up to scan my ticket and have to login every single time.

This app is garbage. It constantly wants verification. I doesn't work when you need to open tickets at the gate or sending tickets to a mate a few minutes before. It asks for feedback in the app but doesn't let you give anything but 5 stars.

Buying tix thru AXS is both annoying and frustrating. Several times already I've had issues with AXS (both the site and the app) accepting my payments. I've tried different cards, PayPal, etc... Been on hold with them for 30min right now as I am writing this review. Effectively losing out on good seats.
