Smh
I wish they never updated the app . You can never get ahold of customer service and when you do they're no help and you can't understand what they're saying half the time . I couldn't even log in for the longest it kept saying I needed the code that was sent to my number but I never got a code sent to my number. I'm finally logged in because they let me use my email finally but even then the app crashes my bank info takes forever to load .

Garbage
Can never get the app to work correctly no matter what I do. Can't see my card so I can't use it or order a new one. I have to use this bank for school or else I would never use this.

So can you guys please fix the damn app, how is that im seeing reviews from 2 days ago saying that people cant get into the app and now i cant either and its 5/10, not only that but your entire website is giving me server errors when i access that also.

The app is a piece of garbage since the last update. Everything takes forever, and the layout is difficult to navigate. So bad I want to change banks.

After the update, the app wouldn't let me log in anymore. I kept trying periodically for a month. But today, I finally was able to fix it on my own by changing my default browser to Chrome. I use a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and my default was set to the Samsung web browser. I don't know if this is the issue but it was a fix for me. I can now access my account. I see alot of people having issues since the update so I hope this knowledge helps!
