Automatic Payment option
I see Bank of America intentionally hide or made difficult to set up auto pay for credit card bill So that user miss payment one day Look at other bank auto pay scheduling option is right there below statements balance. Cleaver Move BoFa !!! This is reason I don't use most of my BoFa credit cards

Customer Service
Horrible Customer service at Pima Road , Scottsdale, Az Put in complaint. Never answered. Never disclosed that all my accounts would be red flagged, including existing credit card because I added my daughter to checking account. Tried to put trip on EXISTING credit card and wouldn't go thru. Had to go to fraud dept to have fixed plus I lost all rewards because had to use different card. No attempt to fix this. I am a platinum member.

Very poor for credit card that is with airline. NOT a user friendly app for credit card that is from an airline but BA underwriter.

The app shouldn't even be asking for any 2FA request via mobile phone number if the phone app already authenticated using fingerprint or face id. That was essentially the biometric authentication process in itself. Passwordless authentication through biometrics is more secure since codes can technically be intercepted. Even when user accounts having 2FA enabled on every login, the app should treat the biometric authentication as such, and not ask twice.

App does not work. Everytime I try to pay my credit card bill or add a bank account it crashes and my phone has a message pop up saying this app has closed because of a serious bug, please update the app after the developer fixes it. All I can do is log in and see the information on the home page. If I try to view an account to see statements/transactions or basically do anything the app crashes. I tried downloading it on my wife's phone to make sure it wasn't an issue on my phone. Same issue.

I had the app installed on another phone, but it broke in its entirety. I'm not in the US at the moment and I downloaded the app on another phone but I didn't want to log in because they told me that my account would be blocked if I entered another device. I have tried to contact the bank without success.
