Poor App - and Website
Have tried to simply change password in App and website for weeks after massive fraud. Both say completed every time and is never changed. Support number not very helpful. Can be easily accomplished for any other online account, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. Dragging feet on the Fraud as well.

Quit making me enter my password!!
Decent app, but the push notifications are freaking annoying I cannot turn them off and I've called in to support with no success, I'd rather have a text alert not a push alert but no they don't offer that for transactions but they light my phone up with alerts without my consent. Also I'm routinely forced to enter my password to sign in even when setting up FaceID in the past, what a joke. It doesn't even let me paste my password, they would rather me have to manually type it in, which is more error prone and vulnerable to shoulder surfing.

My card was activated by someone else. I never received the card. I'm finally getting the card, but have missed the 90 window for the sign on bonus rewards due to the delays. Not only have I been refused the boneless, but they won't even wave the $15 fee for express to avoid it being stolen again. Your customer service is already below the average bar set for credit card companies and I haven't even received it yet.

Jailbroken Alert
Getting a jailbroken device detected when trying to access the app. My phone is not and never has been jailbroken. Currently, Im unable to use it.

The new update has a terrible "transaction activity" page. A very big colored square with the first initial of the company was put at the beginning of each transaction. This leaves no room to see the full name of the company. We dont need cartoon squares in our purchase history. We need to be able to see the names of who we purchased from. At least give an option to turn it off. There is now a noticeable lag on loading this page.

Can't do dispute transactions on the app. It kept saying page not found once I clicked submit. Not very convenient since all activities should be done through the phone app nowadays.

Format is completely off
When using the app the view my account, the page only loads on a third of my screen. Who's developing these apps? It's 2024… time to fire your old school developers and hire new ones.
