money taken but cart still open
I was trying to purchase sunglasses when the app let me enter my card details and everything else needed. Only to take my money and the cart is still open. The Chat assistant on the website was absolutely clueless and offered no assistance.

Unfriendly User Interface
Asks each time for the 19 digit card number to access and then when trying to access a mini statement it doesn't access the WhatsApp chat and then you need to put in the card number again. This can be done better.

No more online Shopping with Vitality Vouchers
Unable to redeem my Vitality Gear or Nike vouchers on the Bash App or Website. We never experienced this issue on the old Totalsport website. If you need to buy using a Vitality vouchers, one will have to go to the store, no more online shopping if you want to use the Vitality voucher. Poor work by the people who designed this app.

Ordered clothes on the Bash app they delivered at my choosen store and two of my clothing items were missing, yet they appeared on the slip. I don't know if they were stolen from my package or they were never included from the warehouse. They didn't even try to help recover my missing items...

This is strictly for the app not the stores, the app always needs to updated i have updated twice in 1 month and it does not allow you to open it when the update or upgrade is needed.
