Lags behind browser-based UI; missing functionality
The app often lags by days in showing transactions like principal curtailment mortgage payments, while browser-based access is current. Why is there an apparently separate, outdated reconciliation view for the app? Why doesn't it support making external transfers?

I love the app. With the new pending transactions update I can really know where my money is going and real time available balance is really helpful knowing what I can really access. WHY DONT YOU SHOW THE BALANCES BEFORE AND AFTER DEBITS AND DEPOSITS ON THE APP??? It works on the web. Can you PLEASE show that on the app??

I went into the bank and had them help me and this app doesn't work at all. I'm going to have to call every month to see when my money comes in because I cannot get anything on. It does not recognize user ID or my password. I've never had so much problems with an app before

Travel notifications don’t prevent you from being locked ou
Just makes it so your cards won't get declined. They don't tell you that you still need your us number to use two factor to log in. Skip the first level of support because they will be confused for the first 10 minutes and you need to be transferred to tech support

I'm having trouble singing in, I'm 1,000,000 percent putting in the right password and the right user ID, but it's just not letting me sign in. It just keeps asking if I forgot my username or password.

Poor quality, rarely reliable
Becu is a normal bank, they do not care about your convenience or schedule. The Becu app is inconsistently good and consistently not functioning. Becu never follows up on the issues, and never tries to work with you to fix it. Poor quality bank with an even worse app, I am SWITCHING BANKS!!

BECU app does not update loans
I have a home loan through BECU and I use the app to see what my balance is. The app does not update to what actually I have paid. It stays the same amount for 3 to 4 months. The only way I could see the true balance is to go to becu.comand check on it there. This is so frustrating. I would never use BECU again and wish I would not have gotten my home loan through there.
