At first everything was fine a few months ago but nowadays I don't know what happens with the app that doesn't work at all to search for any product... It never searches or loads anything on both my cell phone and my tablet, it has already been like 2 updates and it remains the same, I can't search for anything... I have to do the search in the browser and add the things to the cart there, I have tried to reinstall it and nothing, if they fix it I update the comment.

Never been late on a pymt...until now. New account / credit won't let me log into account. I called to make pymt. but couldn't take it for some reason. ??? So, it went snailmail. Never got problem resolved so I can't even log in. Paying this off, cutting card & sorry for ever walking in to Best Buy...because, really, they're not (the best buy). This is best, [name] !

When I called Technical support to give them my information to give to Best Buy to fix my computer. Best Buy never got nothing, so I'm going to the store for now on to ask questions and make my own appointments and I'm not going on the internet.
