Winning bets marked as losers
On multiple occasions they marked winning bets as losers and then I have to chase them for weeks to get them to do anything about it. I am still owed money that they've not paid.

Easy why use an app that doesn't let you watch the races you want to watch spoke to girl about this and got a load of gobbledegook nah better firms/ prices/ guaranteed to be able to watch what it says on the tin but it's your choice!!!

The app is as poor as the shops. They take hundreds and thousands of pounds off cusomers but fk about with TV screens so they can frustrate customers and staff in shops taking money and complaining they are playing games when supposed to take bets giving off negative energy.
