The worst sportsbook I've experienced. Unresolved technical errors over and over. Terrible customer service, they never really accurately assess your issues just a bunch of back and forth that amounts to nothing but subterfuge. No result or solutions.

Crashing
The app doesn't always open. Will go to open the app and it just loads on the opening screen. I'll just stick with fanduel

Major App performance issues
Location accuracy is horrible. I'm literally having to uninstall the app and re instal every time I wanna place a bet. Issue after issue with this app, very visually appealing compared to other apps but BetMGM is my far the worst performing app.. winning bets can take 35-55 min to result. Most of you know if your trying to place an upcoming bet for a game after another game just finalized you won't be able to do so here. Honestly I've done most of my betting here on MGM and it's a shame to say this is by far the worst perforce of a mobile app. I mean customer service will blame you and try and act as if you are the issue or your the reason why their site isn't working. Little do they know how much I use this app and how many things I have to do to work around their poor approach to the mobile transition of gambling.

This App Is Garbage
I have to say this is one of the worst if not the worst sports betting apps out there. What MGM needs to do is hire the developers who developed FanDuels app. This thing is so quirky. It lags at times when you try to input a bet amount. Currently it won't place a wager because it can't verify my location despite the fact I am connected to WiFi and I've tried it with just cellular. I rebooted my phone exited the app. Still doesn't work. So many issues with this thing.

I've been playing on this app for over a year and at first it was fair. You win some you lose some. That's the game, but the last couple months I haven't won anything. I feel like I'm being scammed. I've played multiple slots and nothing. It's safe to say I'm done with this app and I will be reporting this app because it just scamming now.

Spent 136.00 and walked away with nothing. I played the Deal Or No Deal slot exclusively and the biggest win was a mere $22, talk about tight. I'd have been better suited throwing money out of the car window at 80MPH and trying to go back a few hours later at night and trying to find it all.
