Can’t find the news articles even when I click on them
This glitch irks my nerves. The app notifies me to a news article. But it's a 50/50 chance as to what pops up when I click the notification. Sometimes it takes me to the article. Other times it just opens the app. But there is no section for the news articles so I can't read it. It's starting to feel like click bait. Also, when I access the app on my fire stick, it gives me an error message. So I can only watch shows on my phone or TVs with Roku apps. It's so frustrating. Come on yall we gots to do better. We were all rooting for you!! 😭

It buffers to much... The picture gets blurry sometimes. Wish they upload tv shows that comes out on cable tv. If cable TV is playing it LIVE it should at least when the TV show goes off they should upload it on the BET Plus app @ 12am.

App keeps freezing
Although I like that it's user friendly and the content. In the middle of binge watching a show, it kept freezing 5 times within a 4 hr period. This keeps happening every time I use this app. I hope they can fix this bug issue so I can have a uninterrupted experience.

I don't understand this app at all I'm trying to change my financial information on it but there is no live person to talk to there's no way for me to change it looks like I'm going to have to let it go and I didn't want to 😤
