Why…tell me why!?!?
I accidentally applied for the card trying to make my rent payment (because apartment is always pushing new junk). So…surprise surprised I got a new credit card card in the mail, that I never wanted and not even enough to cover 2k for rent and the included bills that go along with rent. Credit hit, app cannot even give me the amount I owe for overpriced crappy dwelling, and then there is so much garbage on the app that it makes me even more disgusted that I have the card. I would never applied to Wells Fargo bank if I had known that, I was even getting a credit card, instead of paying rent through this convoluted system. On a good note… the card itself is one of the really cool metal cards, not as good quality as the Apple Card is, but it is metal. Gooooo team BILT…fail!

Crashes and won’t go to round 2-app current
The app is updated, but I can't see if I want anything because it only plays round one and when I try to play episode, or round two, it just crashes over and over and over again. Did I win for your rent this month? I have no idea. Apparently they don't email you until you. You have to watch it, but you can't watch it because it crashes.

Forced to use by Building
This app and services gets forced on building residents. It would not shock me that its pitched as a free payment solution for building operators in exchange for resident information and or the sale their of. Bonus if they can get a percentage to use their credit card. Honestly tired of the appification of services. Can't choose who holds your mortgage either. Yay for American capitalism! Oh and every now and then they'll mess up and email their entire user base that their accounts are getting cancelled for attempting to tamper with their points system. Real confidence inspiring.

Balance unclear & autopay difficult to set up
The way the app puts your balance in, makes it hard to understand what you actually owe because they don't put any pending transactions on your balance like some other cards do. It makes it difficult to know how much money I owe. My Apple Card gets around this by showing the total balance, but only allowing you to pay off everything that is not pending. Auto pay was really confusing to set up. For some reason Bilt can't do it in its own app so you have to go create a Wells Fargo account and there's almost no instructions on how to set up auto pay in that Wells Fargo portal. Many cards that are run by other issuing banks can set up auto pay on their own so I don't understand why Bilt has this limitation.

Incompetent
This company doesn't know the difference between a savings and checking account. Make sure you have receipts of your transactions cause Bilt finance department literally cannot comprehend a savings account and checking account. I was wrongfully issued a NSF charge because they coded my account as a savings when it is a checking. I have all the receipts and they still cannot comprehend what they did wrong.

I like the app. Except I don't like that a 3rd party company has access to my bank account and funds. And they just refused my visa even though it's been fine before. Creating a problem for no reason and putting me at risk of being late for rent.
