Unable to add any payment method (tried several credit cards). No contact options in the app to get help, so app unusable.

After half an hour of trying, I finally had to pay 10 euros 2 times and I didn't move a meter. I had to turn the ride on and off 2 times at different scooters and 4 euros away and now there is still 16 euros on it and I don't plan to use it and want it back but have no idea how

Rides incorrectly charged
Despite having the pass in agreement with atac of 80 free rides per month, I was charged for the last three rides I did.

Awful experience. App malfunctioning and got changed 14€ for a 4 min. ride. Only have chat bot for support that's not helpful at all. Also beware with auto change is on by default

absolutely unhelpful and bugged app do not use spent two hours trying to end a ride and was unable despite being parked accordingly 2 hours of my vacation spent worrying about a broken application with no support resources draining my bank account absolute joke of a company - 5 stars

Frivolous company. The Hungarian language was translated by some half-hearted AI, because there is no money for it (it requires to have it translated by a Hungarian translation agency for 2 scoops of ice cream. You want to deduct USD from a Hungarian currency card, but meanwhile the menu indicates HUF... Etc
