Verification Process
I would advise all new people signing up for an account through blockchain to forget it. They provide no feedback, there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I haven't got a clue why they can't verify my account. So save yourself a lot of time and go to a reputable company or organization

I sold my asset, balance shows 0. I contacted support, but it's been almost a week with no resolution. They keep asking the same question instead of finding the issue. Horrible platform. I am not recommending this to anybody. Don't use waste your time and your money.

Last 3 year I can't withdraw my existing balance. Almost 100 times I trying to connect support team. I send them mail they replay me we are working. Still my problem not solve. Too much bad support system. I'm totally upset .

Can't login from my new phone. Says 'check email for confirmation'. I did, I confirmed, but nothing happened in the app. Cool 👍 UPD: says, open 'email app to confirm' and opens gmail, but I use different email service. Cool 2X 👍
