Everything is there, but the follow-up on admittedly good suggestions for improvement is woefully bad. For two years, I've sent in the same suggestions that everyone I've talked to thinks is good, but absolutely nothing happens!!! ...

Lousy
Absolutely unimaginable bad and impersonal customer service. It takes months to solve a simple problem JUST because you only communicate via Mail. Have had contact with 5 different administrators who stated the wrong solutions, I had to wait, actually missed a purchase of a boat of 500,000 SEK because of this....

An app and website that just gets worse and worse unfortunately!
Everything on Blocket worked better before and everything was easier for me as a customer! Why complicate everything??? And at the same time, the prices are going up all the time, and only for the VEHICLES!? Why should other categories be FREE??? And so customer service is getting worse and worse all the time. I had an ad denied recently. And then they say they'll make a refund within 14 days. But now it's been a month and I still haven't gotten my money back!? That is a disgrace!

It doesn't work to log in with BankID. This has been the case for at least six months. Quite impressive how with the oligopoly in the advertising market and Shibsted's resources, this is stubbornly ignored. By the way, I've never seen an app with such a backwards and non-intuitive search function. Ever heard of UX design? If I could have rated negative stars, I would have done so.

It does not work to identify yourself with bank id. It opens the browser and then it just stands there and spins forever. I'll throw it out on Facebook Marketplace instead.

Placed an ad on the right category,,, Got it wrong anyway ,,, But instead of writing what you did wrong, you get 100 different suggestions on why the ad doesn't meet their requirements,,, 👎 Bot(n)app Replace the staff, they are completely incompetent,,, 👎
