So many bugs
Constantly signs me out. Gives me errors everytime I try to sign in. I literally have to delete the app and redownload everytime I have to book an appointment. So frustrating

The barber was a no-show and he cancelled my appointment. Waste of time (ironic because pre-booking via this useless app was supposed to save me time.)

A terrible search engine, a terrible UI. Unpleasant for customers. And I won't mention the fact that I indicate that I want a date for today and it shows me that the salon has appointments in 7 days, because it's absurd xD If it wasn't for the fact that there is currently no better alternative, I would have deleted this stupid application a long time ago

No option for stylist no show
Had a stylist not show up for confirmed appointment but app is still trying to charge for cancellation fee. Add option for if cosmetologists doesn't show up and for client not to be charged.

The first barbers I was scheduled for the addresses were incorrect! So ended up going to the wrong addresses then having to run to the new address Not a good experience

tragic service of the app, I type in Piaseczno barber, only Radom is displayed, even though I choose barbers in Piaseczno in abundance on May 8-11, it shows me a lot of choices and when I try to make an appointment zonk and from 13 go free dates, logging in is endless lopp entering the code from the text message..
