I give it 4 stars. The app is simple to use. You can control and adjust all the speakers from your phone. On the other hand when my WiFi credentials changed. I had trouble registering my bose soundbar to my new WiFi network. I continued the procedure, but the network on which my bar connected was not secure and did not correspond to my home network. We had to do an initiation to the bar. Incomplete modus operandi.

I bought the new Bose headphones, I'm getting angry with it, it turns off by itself, if I stop listening to something after two minutes it stays on standby, I don't know, I was watching Instagram with audio and it turned off, is that normal? Or just my headphones?

I have the bose flex and it doesn't show up so why do you have this kind of app if it's not compatible or don't add all the brand's speakers...

The only thing this app has done is cause me anguish. Random disconnects and having your devices be unable to connect at all are constant after I downloaded this.

Reviewers keep saying Bose Hp's are great!!...really????? They either get a different version to the ones they actually sell or something else going on...The app is plainly unusable and almost offensive to people who paid top dollar for this product! The interface is pathetic and functionality even worse as most of the time the app won't connect to the headphones, even when your phone is connected to them! The eq gives you the bare minimum settings and is behind what other vendors provide.

BOSE FIX THIS PROBLEM! connect,connect connect!, Connection Sucks!! Would give it Five Stars if Connection part would work all time but to connect only works often at times.It's an issue for everyone,BOSE!!
