My friend referred me to used Boss revolution call international. I enjoyed it, But I am not happy Boss revolution disabled and canceled my friend account.

The truth is that it works super well but I recently had a problem with a money transfer and I proceeded to cancel it and 7 years have passed and they still haven't given me a refund

My number
Would have been 5 stars but sometimes when I call family, they say a different number shows instead of mine and they're skeptical picking up calls from unrecognized numbers. At other times my number appears. I'm not sure why it changes that way.

Are hidden fees included???
I've used this app for years, quick & easy to use. I saw there was no additional fees which was a bonus. However, I recently found out that this isn't true. The app clearly states “No hidden fees whatsoever. Full transparency is guaranteed”. NOT TRUE. I sent family in Jamaica credit over the past couple days, this what I sent & what they actually received: Note: All in Jamaican dollars: Sent: $2337 Received: $1873 Difference: $464 Sent: $3117 Received: $2467 Difference: $650 Sent: $1558 Received: $1233 Difference: $325 So, that's $1439 (nearly £10) in HIDDEN FEES were actually taken. I've used this app for years, so can only imagine the fees that have been taken. Also, it's not Digicel taking the credit themselves because I then used DING top up app, they charge a fee & actually state this on the app, so what I sent is exactly what they got after the fee. Very disappointed that an app would lie to its customers like this, especially since you say Full transparency is guaranteed. 👎🏼

They need to do something about it
They used to be the best but now a day, if you call and the phone rings two seconds they will just take your money. Even if it ring one time. I have called their team and no one did anything about it

It's my first time using the app and the truth is the last one, very bad, my money hasn't been able to reach its destination and it only tells me that it's pending I don't recommend it be careful ⚠️
