They don't respond to refunded money
I sent money and I couldn't fill in the information so I wanted the money refunded again because I didn't want to send with them anymore and they don't give me a money response after six days when I call and they tell me that in three days they will give me an answer and whenever I call they give me other numbers to dial and that's how they take me

My first money sent to Haiti
I just sent money to my family in Haiti. So far it shows the money is transferring in 5 minutes! I'm waiting on the confirmation 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Use other app.
I was using the application for a few months, then they started bothering me with identifying myself through various means, I almost even had to give them my birth certificate, then I sent money twice, both times they charged me and the application gave me an error, wait for customer service They answered me and told me that I had to give them 100 dollars because I don't know what error there was with an account number. In the end they stole 200 dollars from me and they want a bribe of 100 dollars to give me my money back.

Faulty app
At first it seemed all right, but now I have several problems. 1. Customer service they don't answer at all, I've been trying for a week to get a solution and nothing. 😡😡 2. My first problem is that when I put my name for the card information and hit save and try to open it again and it comes out with a different name than mine. 3. When I try to send money, I always get cancelled and I don't understand (why?)

Worst App for sending money
very bad app. i sent money to Pakistan 2 times and both times it didn't delivered and my money stuck with them for a month. don't use this app.

They withdraw the funds from my bank account, but after 3 days the recipient still had not received the money. When I contacted customer service they said it could take another 3 to 5 additional days! I canceled the transaction and used another service. I will not use Boss again.
