My reviews keep disappearing
Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this app. This is my second time using this app hoping it had improved after a while. It did not. I found myself having to check the app daily because it would skip credit cards that were due soon and pay twice as much as needed on a card that was due way later. I had to manually pay cards to avoid late fees - something they promised wouldn't happen. Customer service, though courteous, was always clueless and would promise to get back to me with answers within 2 days. That never happened - even after reaching out 3 times. It's really not a good app. The AI doesn't work. I've tried to cancel and request a prorated refund which was denied. So now I'm forced to use an app until Feb. 2025 that is worthless to me.

Very good app but...
Very good app, simply 2 points that in my opinion should be improved: - when you carry out a vocabulary repetition in a section, the algorithm systematically puts the words in the same order, it's a bit of a shame we should mix the passing order more - always in the repetition of vocabulary, the word poster in English must always be translated into French. I think it would be good to be able to do the exercise in the other direction, i.e. translate words written in French into English. Fix that and the app will earn 5 stars for me 😉

I'm not impressed. Want my refund asap... I was billed $97 for no results. Kickoff charges less and shows results in a few weeks. I should not have to wait 1 year for a refund.

I asked several times to close this account. They refuse to close it. They just continue to try to talk you into keeping it. And then they tell you even if they close it ...your money will not be returned to your account until a year later. SUCH A RIP-OFF SCAMMER COMPANY. I'M VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!

Scam does nothing for my credit For the first few months a gpt the little 50 dollar advance always paid it back on time. The all of sudden I don't qualify. But I am still pain 15 dollars month for nothing. Tried to get rid of it and was told I have a 550 dollars out standing balance . Even thought I never got any money. Total scam do not down load

Never finished setting up account after seeing the membership price. They pushed through an unauthorized payment of $97 and signed me up for a membership anyways. Best part is you have to put account details before anything e Contacted support, was told I had to cancel membership and request refund. Refund request take 4-6 business days. Great job Bright.
