More of a headache than worth. Literally five times to get my reservation completed. Kept telling me error or unavailable to complete. Aggravating to say the least

Fastbreak member

The way you treat your fastbreak members is disgusting. 50% of the time my name isn't on the board so I have to stand in line to find out why only to be told “I don't know” over and over. You want customer loyalty you better figure out your technical or whatever issues you have.

Not user-friendly

Way too few options as selections. Want one that has “settings” so I can decline the relentless spam e-mails from Budget that I never requested, and there's no “unsubscribe” option. Crappy way to treat your customers.

Sign up for Fastbreak to access features that will make your car rental experience easier. As a Fastbreak member, you can skip the line, make quick returns, manage your rental and customize your account all through the Budget app.

App features include:

Make, modify or cancel your car rental reservation 24/7.

Find your nearest Budget car rental locations, hours of operation, addresses and phone number.

Navigate to your Budget car rental location.

Fastbreak members can access all of their rentals in one place. Easily view upcoming, current and past rentals. Access receipts, modify upcoming rentals and rebook past rentals for your convenience.

Need help on the road; call Roadside Assistance for immediate help.
