The prices offered in the App are different
I received an email with a monthly fee but when I click on the App the amount appears more expensive and is still in euros, so it is impossible. Very expensive!

I'm not able to take group classes, the app says I'm not old enough. I'm 24 and I can't update my age on the app. I paid for group classes and I can't take any classes

Terrible system and customer service
System problems do not deal with crazy pushing, customer service is not familiar with the platform operation at all, will only ask you to change the device to QQ browser (which time and space is still using this browser), the teacher refused to go to class for system reasons and wasted the class time I bought, (I have set up the system according to its instructions, but they will not deal with the response to the customer service, and the responsibility is fully pushed to the consumer)

I want to cancel my membership
For God's sake, what an app. We don't have an interlocutor. I couldn't find a place where I could communicate by writing or phone. We had a class today, we couldn't attend. Because there was no window for us to join. We got an annual subscription. We will pay 17,000 TL. How many lessons have it been a problem?

Worst App.. This App only want money money.. I don't want ti rate it at all.. I only recommend pls boycott this application.. It doesn't have any opportunity of learning except being a marketers
