I can't watch the live streams, I get a message saying that I have to close video player applications UPES_198 (never opened). I even reinstalled believing that it came from me.

A lot of content but unfortunately the live is not live because there is a 2 minute or even 3 minute difference between the live and what happens on the screen during the Champions League matches

I have problems since i have get the equipment and installation done at my place. Everyone around me is enjoying Canal + service not me. I pay for nothing. Get fed up with. Am waiting for nothing. Am not a rich person. I have a mango tree in front of my house not a money tree. I have been reporting the issue several times. Always the same

I love my channel! The only problem is that sometimes I have cuts with the message (there are too many people looking on my account) I have to reinstall the application and it works fine.
