At first all was good . I was really enjoying the app before I updated it . After the update the app couldn't wait to dissapoint me . I tried signing up but when it is time for taking a photo to prove my identity it says that photo unidentified. I'm so irritated I tries everyday to sign up it keep fa iling

Very easy to use. Only problem that I have been having recently is that the app freezes. It won't open and then I have to close all apps or restart my phone.

Got a haircut and now Capitec's "selfie verification" doesn't recognise me. What's the point of it if I have to go to a branch every time I install the app/use a different phone anyway?
