On Careem when chauffeur comes to know it is short ride they refused to go. Once you cancel the ride you have to pay the cancelation charges. When you have not completed ride and driver refused to go what is the mistake of passenger

I am not able to unsubcribe, Careem plus Subscription, which I have been trying for the past couple of days, though recently I moved to Sharjah from Dubai, all other functionalities in the careem app seems to be working fine, except if you want to unsubcribe it is not letting to open "Manage Careem Plus" and proceed further and today the subscription has renewed again, it is charged to my account of which I can't benefit anything from my curren location - Sharjah.

I have booked a taxi and after Iam waiting for more than 15 minutes he went wrong direction and cancelled the ride then application searching for another captain and just writing just sorry . After they got a another captain which is also far I cancelled same time then I recieved that I have outstanding payment for cancellation What is this ????

They are thieves, I took a bike for one day, and I tried to put it back, but I found empty places don't work, I bought another one day pass, because I can't waste time.. I texted them that the bike doesn't want to dock, after I waited for more than 2 hours two guys took 2 bike, so I turned my bike back, but after a while they took 250 sar from my card, that was so bad... and they didn't answer my message.

I tried to use Careem bike app for the first time today. The station I was at had four bikes available, so I paid for two bikes using the app. After purchasing, I discovered all four bikes were out of service. I immediately called customer service but they're refusing to refund me the money. I'm very disappointed as there's no signs at the rental point that explain about broken bikes. It's false advertising to show bikes for rent and then take my money without providing the service I paid for.

I ordered a taxi then the driver canceled without confirmation because I didn't answer his phone when I was busy leaving the airport carrying a suitcase. Then I was charged an outstanding bill of ± 59 AED. highly do not recommend this app.

In Morocco, the payment cards management system has been terrible for the ladt months. 3 times out of 4, the app tells you payment cannot be processed whereas my card is perfectly functioning anywhere else. So they force you to pay cash
