THIS IS A SCAM. THEY STOLE MY MONEY, REFUSE TO REFUND OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THEY TOOK MY MONEY - EVEN THOUGH I SENT SCREENSHOTS FROM MY DEBIT ACCOUNT SHOWING WHERE THEY CHARGED ME. THIS WASNT PART OF A CONTRACT OR ANY FEES OR BOOKING TAXES. IT WAS JUST PLAIN THEFT. I WILL BE CALLING A LAWYER. THERE'S BEEN MANY MORE WHO'VE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY, SO WE SHOULD TRY TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINS THEM. PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ONLINE AND PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!!

Carla cash is a scam. They give you crédit to still charge you each rental. CS is inconsistant and unresponssive. Scammed me for over $60 and a membership i did NOT consent to, with the unused " Carla Cash" its over $200. 🙃🧾🛑💲➡️☢️☠️

WARNING ‼️ If you book with Carla and don't go through with the rental, like if you cancel and don't rent a car at all they will still bill you! I booked a rental but when I arrived hertz didn't have an economy car, only SUV'S so I cancelled and Carla still billed me!

DO NOT USE! SCAMMING COMPANY
I tried using them because I thought it'd be cheaper going thru them in which it wasn't and if you're using a third party payment method good luck because there is no third party payment option. You get to the place and they charge you FULL price. The managers are rude and don't want to hear you out our offer refunds, they only offer credit like I would ever want to use them again. To save yourself some time use Turo, it's actual people with their cars and you don't have to be SCAMMED by some random company. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Two Stars
I would have rated 1 star, due to lack of information and upfront transparency, along with having a difficult time find their policies such as cancellation, and customer service failing to get back to me. However, Mert was helpful, insightful, and timely with responses. I'm happy with the assistance I received from Mert. Also, don't try using Affirm. The car rental place informed me that the Affirm loan needs to be paid off befor they will release the vehicle.

I reviewed my reservation before I paid, but after I paid it the confirmation had a different pick up and drop off point. You can't get a hold of them and thier 24/7 service only gives you a repeat slip of your confirmation. Not helpful. And a cancelation will cost me 50%, but I'm not going to Puerto Rico. I wouldn't give them a one star, but I had to if I wanted to write a review.
