Everything went well initially but they delayed my delivery and additional 5 days and it really made the process about as convenient as the dealerships. You get a good price but that's about it.

Delayed my appointment out of nowhere with no given reason. Insane APR. Tired of being treated like trash by companies and their janky automated customer service. Update: the car I bought needs $8k in repairs, haven't put 25k miles on it. Feeling screwed.

GPS tracker shows my purchased vehicle 2 miles from me, but carvana is delaying delivery 3 days (citing transportation issues). I am now losing $60 a day on Uber for work, where I should have my vehicle today as per the agreement. I would recommend any other option if available

Approaching Dealer Headache Level
App glitches frequently. Made plans to pickup car and out of no where order cancelled because I did not compete a “verification step”. In the app, the status states “reviewing your documents…and we will contact you if we need anything..”. I've ordered from here before but their process seems to be victim to three distinct systems not talking with one another - their helpless chat bot that regurgitates FAQs, the app, and some mysterious online system. Logged into the website and it looks like I do have an insurance verification step. Lost the car after days of research and watching for one to list. Going back to buying from humans…

Don't do it. They've had my trade-in for a MONTH and still haven't paid off the lein on it. The registration on the new car I just bought from them expires in 3 days, and they haven't even STARTED on it yet. I've reaches out multiple times, I get told that someone will update me shortly and no one does. Right at this very moment, I've been on hold over 20 minutes and haven't managed to get hold of a registration advocate yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. Scam!!
