Love the books app needs work
The performance is quite slow for changing layout, editing photos and uploading. The cross device and cross album counting is also odd and out of sync causing for duplicates and lots of manual work in the photo selection process. All would be great experience updates to consider.

I have an android, and it is non stop frustration. Just tonight m, again, I've spent hours trying to get the photos I want in the book, arranging them, etc, only to have them disappear and have to add them all over again! Then, sometimes, it randomly freezes when adding photos, so I have to literally reboot my whole phone and even that doesn't help sometimes. Things that they say I "should" be able to do, like copy photos from one album to another, don't work on the android. It's so frustrating!

After uploading photos it just sits and spins so I close down app and reopen and voila changes have stuck. Very frustrating though!

Hard to navigate. Options that should work or are mentioned in videos, aren't on the app. Very glitchy

The final product is pretty good. It is not a user-friendly app. It's difficult to arrange the photos. Syncing is very slow. Mini movies are not available for Android.

This app is always lacking key features. Freezes constantly just like their website. I want to do a monthly book for each month since my daughter was born but can only go back to 2022.... Why? Don't you want to sell more?

2 stars for the app. Poor design on rearranging your photos... Takes forever. You should be able to assign a number to the photo and it be associated with that page number. Trying to drag your photos around to where you like it is inefficient especially when lots photos are involved. Crop tool also does not give you much to work with. I will see how their print quality is before I subscribe or order more from them. Hope their quality is better than Shutterfly.
