Double check everything

Ordered wine on special and when the payment went through the special wasn't applied. Phoned for help and was told that I was correct and that they would refund the difference into my wallet. After following up on the refund I was told that there was no special that week and must prove it. Take screenshots of any problems. Their system apparently can't retrieve what it displayed in the past week.

Order never left the store everytime I phoned to find out where my delivery is they gave me the run around telling me someone will call me back nobody did waited almost 3hours. Just to cancel the order. So much for 60min. Learnt my lesson will continue to shop at Spar.
