My daughter uses Chewy all the time and loves it. I had a lot of difficulty paying for my order. I re-entered my PayPall info 5 times and ended up having to go through a credit card instead. Now I am worried ify pet will get it's medication before we have to leave town. I will update my review when it arrives.

Difficult payment interface
Very difficult to make the the payment go through. Multiple blank screens. And, only a confirmation through an email at first. I wish the coders could do better testing.

I order quite often and have never had an issue. If I were to complain about anything, it would be that I ordered some Buy 2 get 1 free and noticed later that only 1 item was free instead of 2. I ordered 3 of item A and 3 of item B, so I should have received 2 for free. Not a big deal. I will continue to order from Chewy.

very expensive but my dog likes these snacks and I can't seem to find them anywhere that's the only reason I'm buying it here other than that Amazon's a lot cheaper

App is starting to get buggy. When filtering your search, all results will dissappear, and it will say: No results for "."

Extremely unreliable
Says the have items in stock on a few times but they didn't and just don't show up. Customer service is bad.

There are a couple of issues I'm experiencing with the recent update. When I have a filter and sort option applied to a category, and I select an item in the list and then go back to the list, it always takes me back to the top. It also resets the sorter back to the default option. I'm having to use my tablet for now since I haven't updated the app there yet.
