Incredibly annoying when it constantly declines purchases. No "issues" with my credit/bank etc...it's literally THIS app; if it wasn't the most convenient theatre close by, I would most definitely go elsewhere because it's infuriating every time I try to purchase advance tickets.

What does this do other than cost per month and still ads?
Although the service fee is “waived” as long as you spend $10 per month and don't mind getting ads directly from Cinemark for 3rd party companies. The ads are annoying for a paid service and why do all the fancy qr codes stuff and still am forced 2 sets of printed tickets and have to show printed receipts before allowed inside. When you try and use either a gift card or reward from the app when you go to the theater they make it hard to use. If you buy gift cards like us, you have to call Cinemark (good luck getting through if it's after 5pm or weekend) to get the old gift card taken off the app so you can load a new card, even if they card has a zero balance it has to be taken off by a human at their call center.

The app is fine, but to make you pay 8ish dollars to order online is kinda ridiculous considering the cost of movies and snacks.

Picking a theater
Buying movie tickets is easy but there should be more emphasis on the theater location. The last page before purchase should ask the user if they want to confirm for : [blank] theater in bold. I've bought wrong tickets before. My ticket has small text regarding the theater.

Can’t remove depleted Gift Cards!
The app is decent overall, and it's definitely come a long way over the years. However, the app doesn't automatically delete gift cards when their balance = $0. They don't even give me a way to delete fully depleted gift cards. I cannot add any new gift cards that actually have funds, because it says I've reached my limit of gift cards allowed. Mind you, all 10 of those cards each has a $0 balance! Totally unacceptable.
