Cricut Design Space - Latest Quality Issues

I've been using this for a couple of years now even with the updates and all my app freezes and crashes and I end up losing work . I'm using it on my phone which may be the problem but it's something that's getting more aggravating trying to get ideas out .

Get the other brand
There is always an issue with this software. I never don't have an issue. Each time they update… they somehow make it worse. Giving two stars is generous.

At the beginning everything is fine (the first two months) but every other month they update and each update in between does not work well, leaving you with losses of material and bad with customers, one month good, another bad with errors that you would think is the connection or something else but after two years using the machine and seeing this sequence of problems, It seems like a strategy to look for something more up-to-date, very bad marketing to get new customers. It leaves a lot of waste when it's needed most.

There's no way to tell Cricut to stop pushing their paid services on me. It adds like 3 steps to the whole process to avoid their cricut premium etc nonsense.

The app used to let me download pictures and slice another picture from It and it would take the slice results of the 1st picture. Now, it won't let me, and the quality of the uploaded pictures have seemed to decrease as well.
