Horrible loading times especially in the bill pay part of the app. You get stuck in unending loading and it keeps going until the app freezes. Zelle just does not work.

My friend has Citi bank and he hasn't been able to deposit his money for 3 days because it says temporary delays and the customer service wasn't helpful at all I considered getting Citi bank too but with this happening to my friend idk . When does this Temporary delay get fixed?

I feel the app need to be more user friendlly and let the customers who use it have more access to the website . Also its not very easy to get the customer service number in case of an emergency and need access to the card by phone app.

The app is nice, easy to follow. But wish it had links to my American AAdvantage Account, numbers, etc.
