Citizens Bank Mobile Banking | unitQ Score

I am often stuck driving to the bank to deposit checks because mobile deposit has an issue. Today I get the error message « We had trouble matching the amount entered with the amount on the check. » And the check is a Bank check from their own bank and the app cannot read it? Seriously? I tried about 15 times and same message. At the bank branch the staff is great, but trying to speak to a person when you call online banking « contact us » phone number is horrible. It is forever phone prompts getting you nowhere like they do everything so you do not speak to a person. I even tried the « stolen card option » thinking I would get through faster and guess what it asks you to get to speak to someone? « please enter your card or account number ». Well dumb computer programmer who designed this, if i lost my card, how do you expect me to know the number to enter?

Worst bank ever, their up don work because of an update, and you can update. Hope this bank closes their doors forever

I would not pay a dime to that company who made and maintained this app. It is a shame to the bank to hire the cheapest company on the block to create it. App is constantly crashing, goes to never ending loops of sign in snd sign out. It take 5-10 sec to switch to different menu options. Terrible. One star.

The worse app ever. Nothing but problems. No one in your organization can fix the problem. On line, on customer service phone and going to a bank branch. And you have the nerve to ask me to invest in a money market for $25,000.00 Not thank you after Three weeks of aggravation I will stay with a dependable bank Wells Fargo. Technically your on line banking sucks.

This app is the worst app with the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. This app is so frustrating to deal with. I can't log in nor change my password without an error saying something went wrong. I'm so annoyed with this bank. It's the worst bank ever.

I got the app and keeps on telling me my log is wrong the app is terrible

Can no longer log in using the app. I spoke with citizens, and they don't know why. I was finally able to log o to their site though. Have Uninstaller the app multiple times and then downloaded and installed again and still receiving something went wrong on our end, try again later. Ridiculous!! I do all my banking online so maybe it's time to go find another bank.

This latest update is horrible I can no longer get into my app hello fix the issue it's been 3 weeks now very disappointed no one has helped me with this issue may be losing a long time customer!!!

I'm updating my review because I am now unable to see ANY of my credit card transactions on the app. I use this feature DAILY to monitor my card and now it doesn't work at all.
