The app auto-renewed without my permission after the free trial and selected the highest paying plan. I realised only after a couple months and when I reached out to the support team, they ignored my concerns and dismossided me saying it's my fault and there's nothing they can do. Now when I try to cancel my membership before they charge me again, the app crashes and won't let me cancel...

The app has an error when you try to cancel. It took four separate messages to support to have my membership cancelled and a refund provided for a month that was debited whilst I was trying to cancel. This was only provided after being ignored three times and then presented back to me as generous offer rather than the return of my own money due to a very convenient error in the app.

Scams out of credits
Looks like a great deal but once you start a membership, they are barely any class times available. After you cancel a membership, they will charge you for missed classes and refuse to refund credits unless you start another membership. Total scam.

Bad support, did not help and lost more than not reaching out
1. Support perspective - Before I reached out to support, I have 60 usable credits. With support provided, I got 30 credits refunded and lost 30 usable credits. I should not have come for support. I do regret. 2. Policy perspective - the reasons I came for support are: 2.1 I did not aware that I subscribed for 7 months. I thought that was free credit of refer. 2.2 7-month subscription is 210 credits but my current balance is 60 credits. I did not aware that only 30 credits left can be carried over to the next. With the 2 reasons above that obviously I was just aware in the month 7 of subscription. I have used only 12 credits out of 210 credits which leaves 198 unused credits. However, there were only 60 credits out of 198 unused credits can be used. Accordingly, I lost 7,774THB due to policy. Furthermore, after reaching out for support, I got 30 credits refunded and no further refund no matter what leading to 9,464THB lost due to policy. In summary, I did not profit from support, and yet I clearly lost more after reaching out to support.

Avoid this service and secure your card!
Warning!!! They want to charge you double for classes you paid for but did not attend!!! Even after ending the membership. Not only you won't be able to figure out how much exactly you're paying for the class until you do your own math but also as said in other reviews it's like phishing for membership, if you're not satisfied they will send you template apologies but won't offer refund. I used it for a month and getting rid of it. Had to block them to stop harassing me.
