Hate this app!
This app is horrible. I don't know if I've written a review for or even rated an app before but I find this so glitchy and slow. The search engines are so case sensitive and even when used perfectly, just don't show results (which are there - if you go on your web browser you can find it). I had to switch because it's used by my local library but I don't even want to read anymore. I previously used Libby and the appearance, usability and functionality were 1000x better.

everything but reading on this is good. reading on it is nearly impossible. they need to connect this to kindle like lobby did.

The implementation of this app is laughable, i can't select passages with turning pages which means when trying to study i find myself in a pattern of selecting multiple pages of content simply because what i was trying to highlight was too close to the side. i have a pretty beefy phone too and somehow this thing runs like something on an 80s computer and controlling it would make you think that people just magically forgot how to make proper touch controls in 2024.

Can’t read on my kindle paper white
I have the Libby app which I can get on that device, but my library doesn't support it. I can't get Cloud Library on the Paperwhite so your app is pretty useless to me. I don't want to read on my phone.

Frustrating to use. Out of nowhere i stopped recieving notifications (despite my notification setting being correct) when my holds were available so I missed my opportunity to actually read. Additionally, a lot of books are not titled correctly, baffling both me and the librarian I contact to request the book
