Just pitiful. I forgot my cl[handle] password and installed the application to see if I could recover it because through the computer the web pages get caught, but to my surprise, doing it through the application is worse. Links send you to the same web pages that don't load. Also, if you try to contact support through a report, an error constantly pops up, and don't even bother calling because the numbers that appear can't receive calls.

I don't understand the complexity, I need box x of the 2022 tax return to get the draft, to get the 2022 tax return I have to download an application that I need more procedures that I can't do because the contact time is in the morning. It can't be done simply with the ID, the expiry date and the mobile phone. I just need some information

It's unfortunate that an application that is required to be used in many jobs and for many mandatory applications is so nefarious. It works 1/30 times, the design is completely unintuitive, unreadable and downright ugly. Shame.

It doesn't work When I got the letter home to be able to access it they have to send you an SMS, trying to enter a lot of times i supposedly sent me SMS with activation code but I haven't received any SMS I tried so many times that in the end they blocked me Fatal

Very bad. I have the csv but instead it asks me for an SMS that I never get. Completely useless since you can't even register. I give it one star because it's the least that can be given, but there should be negative stars for Apps like this.

The option of activation by video-call seems to be a lot to ask and is never available, but to decorate the app it looks great 🤣🤣🤣🤣
