Unable to remove wallet adreess from account. And if you want to delete your account you have to request it. And they dont do it. Stay away from headaches.

I really like to use the platform to make my investments. The problem is that the values I determine about the value I trade have to do with my strategy.

It fails every now and then. Sometimes it works well and recalculates everything correctly. But it usually fails 2 times a week, there is something that it is not able to calculate correctly, and it shows an unrealistic balance, either above or below the real balance. I've been here for several months and I'm getting tired. Every time I open a ticket with support, they ask me for unnecessary data to prove what I'm saying. And the problem is always the app...

Widget no longer stays updated. And when I manually update it, it just spins and spins. I have to click the widget to open the app and THEN it updates the widget data.

Scam riddled I used to love this app, but over the past week I've been charged multiple times foe annual membership. Everything I reach out, no on responds. In addition, one the way to contact them is via telegram. Don't do it. It's full of scammers acting like official coinstats employees trying to get your coins.

A lot of advertising and reduced functionality
The description says that this is the best free app - alas, this is not the case. Both on the account of the best, and on the account of the free. Absolutely every time you go to the application, full-screen ads will appear with an offer to buy a subscription that costs somehow too much for such functionality. And recently they made a feint with their ears, I go to the application, close the ad as usual and... Access to the tracker is blocked because they have introduced a limit on the number of wallets monitored and I now have it exceeded. I wanted to delete the most unimportant ones - and you can't see what kind of wallets you have, first delete it, and then see. Without warning, without any possibility of reorganizing the portfolio in order to meet the limit, since they decided to introduce it. It is clear why, they decided to create as much inconvenience as possible in order to collect more payments. Just a question, what's the point of offering a subscription at a price of a quarter of the portfolio in order to see how much your coins are worth? If we had made at least many different plans depending on the volume of the portfolio, then I would have stayed. And so, the business model is incomprehensible. In general, I will now switch to another application/service.
