Ever since your upgrade my payments font update in the app. So i screenshot the confirmation number. Really poor performance likely one of your servers. Please fix

ComEd. NetworkingError error 4.

Since the big process of account numbers change I'm not able to access my account through the app, only via website. I tried updating my password, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again and nothing. It always says the operation could not be completed: ComEd. NetworkingError error 4.

i am trying to login to the comed app and i get as far as the password and the app will not let me in and pay my bill so i took out the comed app.

the new version is slower, my cell is an android 14, 5g, don't know if it's a compatibility issue or what... still disappointing only one form of auto payment available. whatever upgrades were made didn't make any difference.

Unusable

Ever since the new account numbers were installed, the app is completely unusable. Can't make a payment, every time I press on a payment method the app crashes and closes. Worthless.

I wish you could pay more money than what you awe ComED on the app. I have to go to a grocery store to pay more than I awe.
