Error document + manual with it??
When setting up a repair, I needed to monitor a certain document and this document gave an error when I wanted to view it. In addition, I was asked to send back both the charger and the manual when sending in a repair of an e-reader, otherwise the repair could not be received correctly. Who keeps a manual for a device these days? Pretty mediocre customer experience if you ask me and therefore didn't use the online repair notification. Perhaps this is also your intention? As a result, I bought an e-reader elsewhere. Missed opportunity.
