Slow, doesn't show price. Doesn't even show if it's available in store. Or if a store has an item. Yet I'm paying for membership

Nice to have on my phone. But the caching is broken. You leave the app for a second and come back and it's a complete reload of the page you were on. Pictures constantly load, which takes forever. Search is also broken. It never works. You search for an item and it just takes you to a main page with deals and other stuff. It's bordering on useless.

wish there was an option for me to place an order and have my husband to pick up in store and a lot of the food items aren't available on the app. but otherwise, the app is fine.

Love Costco the store, but damn does the app suck big time. No matter how many times I change my location, the app thinks I'm in Brookhaven, Georgia, and won't change or just instantly reverts back to Georgia after changing it. Search is terrible, so until y'all fix it, I will just show the app at the door to get in and then use Sam's that is millions of times better than Costcos app

Latest version of this app hangs hangs hangs. Right after it offers me a "tour" that lets me know you've moved everything around yet again, and I say no. Bad show.

I still think Costco's app is the worst of all the big stores. It used to be much better when you could select your warehouse and see all items on sale for this period. you couldn't check to see if the other usual retail merchandise was out of stock or if the price changed since you last visited. Now the Costco app is an over thought out conglomeration of categories from which to choose!
