I've never had a communications system with so many technical issues as Cox. Due to my TV freezing at first use in the morning,I have to reset my TV two to five times weekly. I have to either reset online, via the remote or occasionally do the old school unplug and replug. What a joke. Almost two years I've dealt with this. I have removed every service they offer with the exception of the starter package because I won't pay them anything else. Cox Las Vegas, get your act together.

Service is awful my wifi keeps going out and it doesn't stay connected very long seriously there has to be a better service out there and when I find it I'm going to them cause why would anyone want to pay fifty a month for something they can't use half the time. I'm on benefits so I don't get a lot of money so I don't have money to just waste like this. Very disappointed with them.

314$ cable bill is way to much
I don't feel as though I get $314 worth of cable. We watch basic cable channels. I will be looking into other cable options.

I hate your no service, service. I've set up direct billing to my bank account at least a half dozen times, in person at the Edmond store, plus when i set the accounts up. How many times does it take for this GD company take to fix my problem?? I'm about to switch and have a long talk with the Corporations commission about your worthless business!!!!! NO STARS!!!!
