Worst app ever. I open the app and start a movie. The movie starts but then stops after a few minutes or sometimes even after only one minute. I don't have these problems with similar apps, they work fine so my phone is not the problem

bugs
recently been getting a lot of error messages when trying to play shows or play downloads. Also problems with airplay casting it lags and stops playing due to errors. Updating didn't fix

Without a shadow of a doubt, the application that freezes the most in the Milky Way! On my smart TV (new and modern) I probably have to force reset/go back to the app menu 6 times per show I watch, because everything freezes completely. Never had a single problem with the streaming apps of the competition. It is inconceivable, to pay for such torture!

Crave is the reason I’m done
I cannot stand how subscription work today. Tiered system, horrible services, and no good selection. I bought this to watch Friends and just nothing but Ads and this and that pay more for better. The service sucked in the first place the apps is slow and it's antagonizing to navigate. Hopefully people start turning against services like this and Netflix and Disney plus they are all greedy profit pinchers leeching off their terrible service attempting to make it so bad and unbearable you have to pay your way out of it. - To add to Developers response, Bell already is one of the largest provider companies in Canada, there is no justifying having Ads to an already paid service. Reallocate resources, App needs improvements

Why are you so bad?
Dear Crave app on the TV, I am fully aware that you are trying your best, [name] is not good enough. Why do you take so long to load, to recognize my password, to load shows, to be able to find episodes within a show? There are so many wonderful streaming apps that you could look to for help and examples. Please do this! I can't believe I pay for your app when the disfunction is so remarkable. From a frustrated user.

The only streaming app that takes longer to download the show for offline viewing that it does to watch the show. I have 1.5Gb/sec download speed and Netflix/Prime downloads full movies in 10 seconds or less, while Crave takes like 5 minutes per episode. Checking Reddit, seems like this has been an issue for years.

One of the most frustrating and disappointing streaming apps that I've ever used. It's unfortunate because the flaws outweigh the great content. If the price increases, it's not worth the trouble. Find your video content elsewhere with a better, user-friendly app.

For the moment on TV, it's not going well at all. It's slow and not easy to control. I had a hard time understanding that I have to pay such a high price and have so much trouble! I will revise when I use the tablet.
