Worst app. Will only let me sign in twice before it glitches and freezes and I have to uninstall and reinstall it for it to work again. Absolute worst app I've ever had to use.

It runs very slow, and there seems to be some very unnecessary and annoying steps just to make a payment. I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to keep it

Great except for ONE thing...every time you log in you have to enter a 6 digit security code they send to either your text or email. It's a bit of a hassle in my opinion, especially since it's an app installed on my phone. It's an extra level of security that's unnecessary.

This app is down more than up lately. I am so frustrated with having to get a verification code texted every time I log in and THEN it tells me it isn't available. I have multiple cards with them and really wish I had chosen other cards than these. The fees are ridiculous and when I pay my bill it takes varying times to update my balance and available credit. They are making money so they need to get their act together. 😡🙄😡

My app won't open and I don't know the number to call and get it fixed. My account is probably over due because the app won't open so I can't schedule any payments.
