I can't access my Smart TV with my account and it doesn't let me share the episodes from my cell phone to the TV. Why do I have to put up with 1-minute commercials when it's your service that won't let me access?

It has a lot of ads, and out of one they put 5 of them, maybe if they were distributed differently in the episodes it would be a thousand times better. The whole app itself seems incredible, too bad it ruins the ads

Very bad app, too many commercials, you don't really enjoy watching an anime series for more than 10 minutes without you playing 7 commercials in a row, you don't really enjoy it, unless you buy membership, I will uninstall it and never install it again.

The application is good but I bought the most expensive membership to be able to continue watching hajime no ippo and it turns out that they canceled them I don't know if permanently or temporarily but in their catalog they continue to promote that anime, it is a disappointment that they show something and advertise something that is no longer in the application.

I'm having a lot of problems with the app, both on my cell phone and on TV, on my cell phone when I put an image in an episode it doesn't appear, only the audio and the subtitle, and on TV the app takes a long time to open, it opens and closes out of nowhere, you guys just keep loading and don't open, it's a sacrifice to be able to watch, I ask you to fix these bugs, my mobile phone is a moto G24 and the TV is a TCL smart TV

The app was good in 2022, but updates came and the Premium version, literally most anime are Premium, you can't watch almost anything and what you can watch out of nowhere bugs. His best was in 2022, he was MT good He spent late nights marathoning anime.............

Horrible, 5 ads in 3 parts of the ep, 1:30 long for each resulting in a total of 4min ads, 70% of the catalog only has the first season available and if you want to watch the rest it has to be premium... Simply a real mercenary ploy, the worst app I've ever used to watch anime.
