Closed my account with money still in there
Terribly unhelpful and slow customer service! They gave me no options on how to get my money out of my account

There is no free option to use this app. I thought you could use a virtual card for free as in every single banking app, but this one requires you to pay at least 6€ for the delivery of the card and all the other options are monthly memberships. I was looking for a free app so I deleted it straight away.

Why do the notifications keep asking me to update the app although I'm up to date? It's annoying... Except for that, all going, allows me to add my lousy bank card to Google Pay.

You have greatly reduced the functionality of the free curves such as the 2-card limit, from the latest updates you have removed the possibility of selecting the cash curve as the default, which protected me from the possibility of fraud in case of unauthorized payments. Too bad, I have to look for another solution

Do Not Use! Literally if I could give zero stars, I would love to :) Actual worst customer service ever, they are playing with your money, don't use, don't give them access to your finances, don't download the app, don't even say Curve 👍🏻🔥🥶 - update, no I won't email again ...
