I don't know what CVS has done to their app but it has been broken for months. Can't login with biometrics, can't pull up your prescriptions. They've tailored it to trying to sell you things and vaccinations and you can't actually use it for it's original pharmacy purposes anymore. And God forbid you try to use your website. I have actually moved all of my prescriptions from CVS to another pharmacy because it has been such a hassle.

My fingerprint sign in is supposed to be enabled but the app won't let me use this feature.

I do not like the updated app. It is very difficult to navigate Very confusing. Please restore the original app. I tried to order prescription refills. One Rx that I did not re-order has showed up on my recent orders.

Changing to one star. This is the only app I have that routinely finds ways to work less with each update.

It takes my payment and coupons then refuses to empty the shopping cart and makes it impossible to place and order. The search freezes. The items in stock usually do not load at all. It takes many days and tries to even get items into the cart. The link between app and card is broken as others have stated. Photo orders do not load properly and usually do not complete. If they do it is sized oddly and not the way instructed in the app yet I got stuck paying for their mistake.

The app used to be good. After multiple updates, the app now makes it impossible to pay for prescriptions in advance. I just spent an hour on the phone with technical support and the pharmacist to fix the issue only to be told that in order to pick up prescriptions for myself and my family like I have always done, I would need to use a SEPARATE ACCOUNT FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER, and sign out, and back in for each family member. How insanely STUPID is that??????? Nope. It stinks, and I am done.

I really dislike the new layout. It was much easier and quicker to go to the ExtraCare deals before. It was also much more visually appealing.

App doesn't remember your password ,you have to keep resetting it .keeps jumping around.
