This app does allow you to get paid early. BUT they make changes and do not let customers know ahead of time. Today my available balance was $30 less and they said they are testing the amount available so no one goes negative. As long as the amount available is less than wages earned, the balance wouldn't go under. Thus, making this change unnecessary. They also have the option to send your money via checking account and/or debit card. So make sure they match because they won't tell you when they change the way it's sent. Very poor communication. Chat agents seem to have automatic replies and are slow to answer detailed questions.

Trash dont use. they tax you twice then charge a [value] fee to get your money customer service sucks I had a overpay fee I paid it back my account still is locked so I cant get my money

My account was deactivated by there system. I worked 2 days without receiving any pay, when I called & asked they said my account was deactivated by there system. I have a sick daughter & need the money, but they said it will be 3-5 business days before I know anything. So I'm not be paid because of DailyPays own fault? How is that fair? I have bills, kids, & etc..Inconvenienced & no solution available…

App hasn't worked since update. I log in and it's like I'm creating a new account allover again. Tells me I'm already setup, has me sign in again, but then tells me to setup my account
