Glitchy
A few times I have tried to cancel a class but it will not cancel it. So I keep trying, and eventually on the app it says I cancel it. But now I have received an email saying I am unable to go to lessons for 30 days because I have not turned up to class which is very annoying as I only use my membership for the classes.

The app doesn’t work properly
When trying to book tennis courts the app is a huge let down unfortunately

Far too many members
Having been a member here for 10 years (and my husband many more) I have never known the Leeds gym be so busy. It is impossible to park; to find a table in the kids club to eat lunch (where you can see the soft play); to change comfortably in the ladies changing room after a child's swimming lesson. This is all on a mid- week Wednesday visit. Weekends are even worse! It is now an extremely stressful experience to come to the gym rather than a pleasurable one. At what point will head office realised that there needs to be some changes. Otherwise long standing members like my family will go elsewhere.

Not fit for purpose
Always spins out, you have to keep exiting the App and then reloading, multiple times. Sometimes it's taken nearly half an hour of constant reloading every minute to try and book, it's the worst App I've ever had to use. Very annoying. App isn't fit for the number of people that want to use it. Love the club, App is terrible though!

This app is convenient to book classes and courts as well as food and has worked well in this respect. The on-demand classes are frustrating because the app won't cast to Chromecast. The timeline also blocks the video in landscape, so I am trying to follow a video the size of a postage stamp. The connect data does not work because the app does not meet Google's security requirements which is something only the developer can fix. The app is a membership requirement so please fix the issues.

I don't like the having to use your home club for 50%. I have been transferred to a higher priced club even though I am Platinum. however I still don't meet the criteria of using my new higher priced club 50%. the whole idea of platinum was originally the freedom to use other clubs. facilities are equal everywhere so I don't understand the different pricing bands for clubs that look the same

Not a bad wee app. Can book food on it, classes and the ability to do home classes. Seems to be a bug on it though. They try and get you to attend 6 times a month and award you a club badge. I went 6 times, the calendar shows this but it has registered for the badge. Not that it even says why you try and gain the badges. Nowhere does it highlight the benefits. Only annoying thing for me atm.

Seems fine
Updating to reflect big improvements in reliability. My frustration is that I can't switch off: - rate your club - after every visit it asks me to rate my club - gamification… gives me charming feedback on my visit frequency and “don't worry, you can make it next month”… I need to switch that off. It's an arrogant assumption by the developer that my fitness activity revolves around the club. I come for some classes and an occasional swim. Outside the club I cycle and run about 8-12 hours a week. Updating again to two stars (prob should be 1). A recent update kept asking me to log in (using my mobile number… why is this seen as a step forward??), I've been away on holiday and now it won't even let me log in. Gives me an “oops, error”. It won't let me log in. Updating my review. I've knocked it to 3 stars because I don't see why it has to ask me to “rate my visit” every time I go! If you only want to book classes, this app is fine. I know other bookings are coming. There is some fine tuning to be done on the formatting of the screen (eg class bookings, can't really read the headings across the top).
